Room reservation
You’re free to reserve rooms any time you want. We even accept same-day reservations. You will be informed of the room you prefer isn’t available. You may choose a different room or take a different date. The website shows you the details of every room along with photos. You will see what you’re getting before you finalize the reservation.
You may also reserve rooms through third-party apps. We only give them permission to post information about our hotel. We can immediately receive notices from them regarding reservation so we can include it in our system. However, these apps have their own privacy pages and terms. Read them carefully before booking. Cancelation and rebooking policies may also vary if you book through those sites.
Payment
The payment can be paid online or upon arrival. If you decide to pay upon arrival, you have to show up within 2 hours or call us to know that you’re running late. Otherwise, we will open to the room to other guests. We may still accommodate you but at a different room and the rate may be different. We may also not accommodate you during a full house. The payment breakdown is given to you before you pay. It’s suggested that you pay online using your credit card or online payment apps to facilitate a smooth transaction.
Rebooking and cancelation policy
You may ask for rebooking at least 24 hours before your arrival. If you do, you won’t have to pay any fee, except if you decide to change the room type. For changes made less than 24 hours, we may ask for an appropriate fee. We may also deny the request if there are no rooms available on the scheduled arrival.
In regards to cancelation, you’re free to do so at least 5 days before arrival. You will get a full refund and there will no charges. However, for cancelation done leas than 5 days before arrival, we will deduct an amount from what you’ve already paid. If you decided to pay in cash on arrival, we will send you an invoice to pay the penalty for cancelation. You have to pay within the specified date. We reserve the right to take legal actions if you failed to do so.
Meeting rooms and function halls
There are specific details needed be for finalizing the use of these rooms. We will give a representative to talk to you about the details. Once you agreed, you have to sign a document and pay half the amount. The remaining amount shall be paid on the date of the event. Full payment before the event is also allowed. Changes on the services or details requested may be allowed, but with appropriate charges. Cancelation isn’t allowed. You have to pay the full amount if you decided to cancel. For this service, the details vary per transaction.
Services
All guests are allowed to use various facilities and amenities in the hotel. Some of them are part of what you’ve already paid for while others like the spa and room service have a separate fee. You will need to pay accordingly. We will also provide staff to attend to various needs. We also have a dedicated staff for your room floor whom you can contact should you need any help or if there’s any problem in your room. We try our best to provide these services and we expect you to treat our service staff respectfully.
Complaints
If you have complaints or you’ve experienced unwanted incidents during your stay, inform us right away. The policy in regards to these incidents vary depending on the nature.
